The App does not require you to create an account and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or location.

The App allows you to generate a PDF summary of your responses. PDF files are created locally on your device.
If you choose to share a PDF, this is initiated entirely by you using your device's standard sharing features. We do not receive, store, or have access to any shared files.
The App includes exercise and informational videos streamed using Vimeo.
